Cold & Flu Season - Turmeric Bee’s Knees Recipe
3 Tbsps. of Honey
3 Tbsps. of Turmeric Spice or fresh ground root
3 Tbsps. of Organic Gin
1 whole frozen Organic Lemon
1/2 tsp. of liquid stevia or to taste
10 drops of ginger essential oil or ground ginger root to taste (optional to taste)
This one is going to be unbelievably easy. All you have to do is throw all of the above ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until it is a smooth consistency. Pour into a storage container and refrigerator until needed. Boom!
At the first sign of a cough, cold, bronchitis, flu or whatever is ailing you, take 1 teaspoon as needed. It can be mixed with juice, a hot tea or taken straight.
